Sacrifice Animals

Go To: Animals - Review or Search Animals

Select animals to Sacrifice and click Sacrifice Action Button (DO NOT USE DELETE FOR THIS ACTION!)

1. Animal Status

   The animal status will automatically be sacrificed.  Use the dropdown to choose another inactive status.

2. Other Fields

   Enter Date of Death (required), and Cause/Comments (optional).

3. Discard or Complete Mating

   If these boxes are checked, mLIMS will discard the cage if it is empty, and complete a mating if it is present in the cage.

4. Submit Changes
